Biomasse is the worldwide number one renewable energy resource. For millenniums, humans have used bioenergy fuels, particulary for heat production. Bioenergy is stored sun energy: during the burning process, sun energy is converted to heat and /or electricity. In the past, heat was produced on fireplaces or a simple oven, today in modern and effective facilities.

Because in the utilization of biomass only so much carbon dioxide (CO2) is released (as in the growth of an energy plant out of the atmosphere), the utilization of bio fuels (organic energy sources) such as wood are CO2 - neutral.

Pro Ventum can assist during the development of projects and be responsible for the supply of required raw materials, such as wooden pellets.
